- If EMAYES has suspicion or knowledge that any of its Buyer is involved in any activity that’s intended to supply claims or information that’s false, misleading or not genuine, then EMAYES may reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against such Buyer and should also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the user id of such Buyer that disqualify him/her from availing protection through this policy.
